When everything feels like too much, try the 5-minute reset: Step away from what you're doing, take five deep breaths, and ask yourself what you actually need right now. Maybe it's water, a short walk, or just permission to do less today.
You don't have to optimize your way out of every difficult moment. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest, and the most mindful thing you can do is admit you're human.
Progress isn't always moving forward – sometimes it's knowing when to pause.
